    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Scol,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O365 Doesn't use the pop3.btconnect.com and Smtp.btconnect.com servers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they User&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pop.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL Enabled,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;port 995,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Smtp.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TLS Enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Do have a mobile support team for O365 which may be able to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plumly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>restored iphone and now can't set up btconnect email on phone?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the instructions re inbound pop3.btconnect.com and outbound smtp.btconnect.com ports, users etc exactly as the instructions, and beleive me i've done it for about 3 hours now so i've tried very hard to do this, and this stuff isn't new to me but i still get the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pop3.btconnect.com not responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use 365 email but i can't set up on exchange as it never looks for the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any pointers anyone...I remember now it was hard last time i did it but i did work it out, but it's foxed me this time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
