How do I get a verified externally hosted domain removed from my account?

I recently verified an externally hosted domain on my account, but no longer want to use it. I want to revert back to using username@btconnect.com.

How do I go about getting the verified domain removed. It seems easy enough to add, it. But cannot for the life of me find a way to have it removed.

Any help or pointers much appreciated.

Hi Craig,

If you contact the helpdesk they will be able to get it removed for you

Thanks Mark,

I am actually a web developer and this is for a cutomers account. Will I be able to converse with support on their behalf. The client is not particularly versed with IT related issues.

Hi Craig,

as long as you can verify the account and pass security, you can deal with the helpdesk on your clients behalf.
