Hi , I have a samsung galxy note 2, my e mail is configured properly and I am receiving mail, unfortunately I have to click on the e mail button to receive my mail, I set up the phone exactly the same as an s 4 galaxy and this phone receives e mail automatically, my note only lets me retrieve e mails when I click on the e mail tab , even then it takes a minute or two to connect, has anyone encountered this problem and if so how do I fix it.

many thanks.

Hi there Linkscabs

all you need to do is go into the email settings and set up how often the email syncs.

If this does not fix the issue it may be that you have some settings to preserve your usage and this will need to be taken up with your service provider.

Thanks
