Outlook e-mail and virtual pdf printer

Hello and thank you for reading.

My PC has a virtual printer installed so e-mails can be printed to pdf.

But today the virtual printer has stopped functioning on two PCs, one with Windows 8 and one with Windows 7.

My e-mail is the virtual e-mail rather than being synchronised to a desktop installed version of Outlook.

Is there a solution already available to this? I have installed tow other versions of a virtual pdf printer but none function. Just from today.

What web browser are you using?

Internet Explorer

Morzilla Firefox

Google Chrome

Opera

Have you tried clearing your cookies, cache and temporary internet files? Resetting your browser back to it's default settings?

In most circumstances - it could be a glitch that has got into the browser over the weeks / months you have used it needing to be cleared out and doing the above may get it back up and running again. In addition to that, have you also tried another browser to make sure it is not the browser you are using?

The pdf printer works by clearing the cookies. I am using latest Firefox. It is amazing, I never thought it was the cookies that caused the issue. Thanks so much!!!

Was fine again after a while. Possibly to do with an update of some type which was applied to both of the computers.
