Hi there,

I've tried searching the forum for a solution but haven't found one.

BT is my company's ISP, however our emails are hosted through a third party. I've been using Outlook as an email client for over a year, however it has suddenly stopped working. I receive emails fine, however I am unable to send them and receive the following error message: "Sending reported error (0x800CCC0F): The connection to the server was interrupted. Contact your ISP"

I have the following settings:

Incoming mail server POP3: mail.lumison.net

Port 110

Outgoing mail server SMTP: smtp.btconnect.com

Port 25

Please let me know if any further info needed. I'd appreciate any help at all 🙂

You would need to set up mail relay to use BT's servers if the email address is hosted by another company - if this hasn't been done (or if it has and you still can't send email) contact us
