Hi,

I wonder if you can help solve my problem.

My btcoonect email address is currently serviced by pop.otlook.com

However, I have just purchased a new computer - with windows 8 operating system and I am having great difficulty trying to set up my email.

Windows 8 mail doesn't recognise pop.servers and needs an IMAP address.

Is this something you can help me with and how can I set this up ?

HI Graham,

The Windows 8 native mail app cannot use pop

I recommend getting a mail client such as the free Mozilla thunderbird
we have a forum sticky with instruction on how to set up various mail clients here
