    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am master and for me, all emails to my old btconnect mailbox are forwarded to my new email address. &amp;nbsp;No problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son's btconnect account is set to forward to his new address &amp;nbsp;in the same way but:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the messages arent forwarded and all he gets is a "delivery failed" email saying that "you werent recognised as a valid sender". &amp;nbsp;Ths is sent to his new email box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the old lost emails are diappearing from his btconnect mail box. &amp;nbsp;I have checked auto deletes etc but cannot find a cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
