    <description>&lt;P&gt;We migrated from MS Outlook to O365, hosted by BT Connect over a year ago. We have not had any problems sending or receiving emails but suddenly today we have encountered incoming mail problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can send emails and when I emailed the Bt Connect address from another source it failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you suggest what the problem may be please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
