    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Nallanut,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Duplicate email issue is under investigation by BT as a fault,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the same problem intermittantly,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plumly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Bt webhosting site now for over 5 years' the support now is non existent. I have a problem with my inbox for my site in as much that it is now showing all the emails I ever received in my inbox with many duplicated. Please can someone out there help. I have found the bt business help line awful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
