Microsoft Office Outlook - email

I have Bt webhosting site now for over 5 years' the support now is non existent. I have a problem with my inbox for my site in as much that it is now showing all the emails I ever received in my inbox with many duplicated. Please can someone out there help. I have found the bt business help line awful.

the Duplicate email issue is under investigation by BT as a fault,

I'm getting the same problem intermittantly,
