Hi there hehehazel

It looks like your mailbox has been compromised, either via some one getting your password or an insecure password.

I would make certain to run a full anti virus scan to check for key loggers or viruses and to also run a malware scan.

If you don't have these on your computer Microsoft have a free antivirus - Microsoft Security Essentials

Also download a malware sweeper such as - MalwareBytes

If these come up with hits then get your internet banking secured and passwords changed.

If these don't come up with any hits the it would be best for you to look at your password security.

This website will help you see how secure or insecure your password is.

That dealt with you would need to contact us to have yourself removed from the bad senders list. I would suggest livechat.

Hope this helps

Help! Please

Two days ago I started getting messages in my in box from mailer demon nearly 2000 of them saying could not deliver an email to .... (these were not sent by me!!) I deleted all of them but since then I have not been able to send any emails the message I am getting when my email bounces back to my in box is "YOur message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognisde as a valid sender". Today I have 1610 emails from microsoft outlook in my inbox (not sent by me) saying undeliverable.

When I try and send an email this is what happens my email bounces back into my in box with this message:

Diagnostic info says Remote server returned '550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad sender'

Any ideas on how to get this sorted anyone - I am not very bright in these matters so I need easy instructions
