    <description>&lt;P&gt;I used Outlook 2010 with a POP3 connection to my BT internet account with no problems, but emails started downloading byte by byte, so I reinstalled Outlook.&amp;nbsp; I can set up an IMAP account, but the POP3 account does not get a response from the server when I test account settings.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
