I am not too sure on that, I will look into this and post this later on today

I would strongly suggest not using a long email though as there is more chance of spelling errors and people forgetting the full address.

You may want to look into getting a domain to work around this so you can have yourname@businessname.com

rather than yourname.businessname@btconnect.com
