    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jill,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunatly there is no option in system to forward your emails to more than one address if everyone uses webmail however you have a couple of options if everyone is using a program like Outlook/Mac Mail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;These programs can support multiple email address at the same time so they could set up your email address on their machines. &amp;nbsp;To stop them getting your emails they would need to delete the account or change your password. &amp;nbsp;If it's just for a short time you could set up a new password while you need to do this then change it back later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;Forward your emails to the person that is most active. &amp;nbsp;That person can set up rules to forward the message on again to the others.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;Coalshed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Forwarding Emails to more than one address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need emails to one address to be forwarded to more than one address and for that to happen without my own Email being turned on. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
