Adding an Alias

Hi,

I'm trying to help the manager of my daughters nursery. They have a btconnect internet service, with a @btconnect.com email address. I've been asked to add additional email services. Am I right in thinking that it is not posible to add further email address onto a btconnect account? There doesn;t eem to be a useful option to add addiitonal addresses in the 'Email Settings' area of the website.

Hi there Sfeatham

Each BT Business account comes with 10 licenses to set up @btconnect.com email accounts.

You can also use these addresses to set up domain addresses such as manager@nursery.com

If you have a domain address you can add aliases onto this, but this cannot be done on @btconnect.com addresses
