Adding extra email accounts

Please can someone tell me how to add more email accounts to Outlook. I am able to add another 9 but when i get into the manage services tab i keep getting the question 'who placed order' which i answer each time but it keep stating that it is incorrect so I cannot go any further. It is so frustrating.

Hi Eddison123,

If you are having a problem creating new email addresses through manage services, try in a different browser as our website has problems when using Chrome.

If you still get the same problem I would recommend contacting the helpdesk on 0800 800 154 to get them to check the account, and if there is a fault they can get it rectified.
