I had a business acccount until 3 years ago. I need to retrieve emails from that ''old'' account for evidence in a Court case. Do BT archive emails? If so for how long? And if they are available how do I retrieve them. I have the email address that I was using with the BT account but no other info. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Hi @rooster45

As long as:

the email account is active,

you haven't deleted messages from the 'Deleted Items' folder,

made changes to the email account's retention policy,

or downloaded your inbox to an email client program such as Outlook or MAC Mail, and removed the option 'leave a copy of message on server';

then your mail should still be accessible.
