Has anyone used products such as Everycloud Email Protection Service or Trend Hosted Email Security upstream of the Outlook 365 mail servers for incoming messages?

If so, do they help and are there any compatibility issues?

We use Business Email Lite on the Office 365 platform with servers pop.outlook.com and smtp.outlook.com

We get batches of hoax emails with malicious attachments sent to a number of our users at the same time, but with no clear pattern. Often some of our own valid domain email addresses appear in cc fields and to fields, but not always.

Some messages are very convincing. The fake messages often appear to be from various courier companies, banks and government bodies. They normally have zip attachments containing trojan downloaders.

We didn't get these messages on the old BT mail platform, and to be fair, nor on the new 365 platform at first.
