Mail Server setting for Outlook 2013 running Windows 8.1

I'm trying to set -up my mail account with Outlook 2013 using Windows 8.1 and I'm finding that the pop3 mail servers fail to connect.

Does any one have any ideas???

try entering your username and password in there, this should get you into the webmail.

If this works then please follow the set up guide here this guide is for 2010, but should give you all the info you need for 2013.
