Move email between business accounts

I have a business account I am due to close. And I will be opening a new account. Is there any way I can transfer an email address from the old account ton the new account?

Hello,

If it's an address ending with "@btconnect.com", then that can be transferred.

However, if it's a domain name that was purchased through BT, then it wouldn't be possible to transfer the email account - you could, however, simply keep the account active as an 'email only' service.
