Setting up btconnect email on Android phone

I am having difficulty setting up my business lite (365) email on a Sony Xperia Z2. I am entering my email, password and recommended server details but am getting the following error message which I think relates to the incoming server - "Could not finish. connection to server refused. Root certificate invalid. Cannot validate identity"

Yes thanks it is now set up. It needed STARTTLS!
