Unable to Reply to emails using IPAD Abroad

I have a problem with replying to emails abroad on my BT connect account using my IPAD and IPhone. I receive them OK but cannot reply.
The guys in the Apple shop say the problem is with Office 365 and I need BT help to fix.
Any advice

Hi Gerry2354,

it could be a settings issue on your Iphone/Ipad have you tried going through this setup guide for Iphone/Ipad setup to check that you have the correct settings for sending mail ?

Hi @Gerry2354

As far as i know Office 365 has different outgoing server ports depending where you are in the world, change the server port and you will be able to send.

Try the ports 25, 443, 587.

Also worth while trying on both 3/4g and wifi
