BT Mail web page not displaying properly

Hi I wonder if someone could help me

I am using IE 9 on Windows 7 and I google to BT Mail and then click on my Mail link, the page freezes and eventually the bt email and password input boxes appear but not in the correct place. the web page is distorted.

I have downloaded Chrome and it works fine from Chrome, and I can access my emails.

All was working fine until last week. I have tried all sorts to fix, changing compatability mode, scanned whole PC for malware/spyware etc.

Anyone else had this problem?. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there @julestilley

As far as i was aware the webmail will only work on IE 10 or above, are you able to update to the latest version of Internet explorer and try this again?

Another thing worth looking at is the cache on your PC, if you open the run command by going to the start menu and searching for "run" this will pop up.

Then type the following into the run command "%temp%" including the % excluding the ".

This will bring up your temp file, if this is quite large i would recommend downloading a cleaner program such as "CCleaner" and running that then trying again.
