Alias Creation

hi,

I have a BT business account.

I have multiple email addresses myname@btconnect.com and i have alias to forward to myname@mycompany.org.uk , mycolleaguename@mycompany.org.uk etc

This means people email me at myname@mycompany.com.

This has worked for years, but now i wanted to add 1 more alias. I have created another BT account but i am unable to assign an Alias. the option is there but unclickable within the account?

How can i add a new alias so i can create a new "newaccount@mycompany.org.uk" and then get outlook to send and recieve mails from this new alias???

Confused. I just want 1 more new account keeping in line with my "Comapnyname.org.uk"
