BT E-mail connection in Samsun Galaxy Tablet

Why does BT.com on Galaxy not recognise my e-mail address? I was able to get into the e-mails for a few weeks but now cannot get in at all. I have tried btinternet.com instead of btopenworld.com which did work a couple of times but has also now stopped working. I prefer going into my e-mails via this route as it is more secure.

Hi Tadaima,

If you are trying to login to your Business email account either your @domain.com or your @btconnect.com email account you can go here to login directly to the email.

If you are trying to login to an @btinternet.com or openworl.com email address you will need to contact our home broadband/email support team either on 0800 111 4567 or at www.bt.com/chat.
