BT business / web hosting E-mail pop up message : "Website file storage is full, but you can....."

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for reading.

For approximately a week, when logging in to the two e-mail accounts linked to the BT webhosting service, there is a pop up "Website file storage is full, but you can make room by deleting websites."

What is happening? And for what reason has this message only been appearing for approximatekly one week when the webhosting and two connecetd e-mail accounts have been in service for several years?

Hi WizApprentice,

It looks like that the amount of space you have within the webhosting pack has been reached and you need to create space within the hosting space.

To confirm this I would ask you to contact the helpdesk to get it checked out.
