Hi after over a week of emails back & forth with Microsoft they are saying my BT email account is not supported on the outlook apps for Mac as its a pop account. Is BT working with Microsoft to develope a solution?
Additionally on my 2 PC's, the mail accounts don't sync so we are permanently deleting junk, adding contacts etc as each PC's seems to work as a stand alone account. Surely there is a better way? Surely the same email log in should retain contacts etc & look the same which ever device we are working on? It's making us slow & inefficient.

Hi Pavilioncafe

what you are looking to do to synch contacts and folders over multiple devices is possible with Domain email addresses that have been assigned a Office 365 for small business license.

Our standard @btconnect.com email addresses are pop only accounts and cannot be upgraded to use this functionality.
