    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not able to send emails, when I try I get the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Diagnostic information for administrators:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generating server: VI1PR07MB1040.eurprd07.prod.outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;xxxx&lt;BR /&gt;Remote Server returned '550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Original message headers:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;Authentication-Results: xxxx; dkim=none (message not signed)

&lt;P&gt;as you are getting a bad outbound sender message, you will need to speak to the email security team on 0808 100 4332 to get this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
