I am a user of BT Business Office 365 webmail. I need to be able to import my contacts and more importantly my calendar from Outlook 2003. Can this be done and if so how? I travel a good deal on business and need to be able to access my calendar appointments from my laptop computer. Once I have established calendar/contacts/tasks in Office 365 I will no longer need to use Outlook 2003.

Any advice most welcome.

If you are using a POP/Lite Licenses i don't belive their is a way of completeing the above without sending them via an Email,

Hi gryphon15

Plumly is correct, if your email account is a POP/Lite account there is no way to synch Outlook 2003 to your Office 365 webmail. To be able to do this you would need and Exchange account which is an Office 365 for small business or premium license to be able to synch contacts/folders/calander.

Regards
