&lt;P&gt;Once you order the Office 365 license you do not need any billing details to set it up.&amp;nbsp; If you go to &lt;A href="http://secure.business.bt.com" target="_self"&gt;http://secure.business.bt.com&lt;/A&gt; and click on manage services, you will be able to login with the main primary username for your account normally an @btconnect.com email address to be able to create a user with the Office 365 license.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to set up BT Business with Microsoft Office 365 Small Business</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased&amp;nbsp;BT Business email with Microsoft Office 365 Small Business. When I try to create new profiles or download software it asks me for account details off my last BT bill. However as we are not due a bill for another 2 weeks, and no account number was in the initial welcome emails I'm presently stuck and unable to set up the services I bought.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried various chat and phone support routes but all are stonewalling me saying they (and I) can't do anything until we get a first bill. By which time I'll have been paying for the service a month without being able to use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way out of this apparently endless loop please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
