Hi Chrismote,

What you can do to keep the @btconnect.com email addresses active, is when you move the broadband is to keep a billable product on the account, something like a PC secuirty license or a web hosting pack about £5-6 a month depending on what you take.

This will keep the broadband account active the added service even though there is no broadband on the account anymore.

Regards

I am in the same boat, but am on the btinternet.com domain. For various reasons, I will need to retain my BT landline, so based on your reply above, I assume that will be ok as a "continuing" service, to keep my btinternet.com account active?

@markp wrote:

Hi Chrismote,

@What you can do to keep the @btconnect.com email addresses active, is when you move the broadband is to keep a billable product on the account, something like a PC secuirty license or a web hosting pack about £5-6 a month depending on what you take.

This will keep the broadband account active the added service even though there is no broadband on the account anymore.

Regards

Markp

Hi larryv

I would not be able to advise about an @btinternet.com email address, yuou would need to raise the question on the home forum community.bt.com
