Retain email address in temporary accommodation

I have a BT Infinity account and use btconnect emails for business purposes.

I'm relocating to England, from Northern Ireland, and will be in temporary accommodation for an indeterminate time but certainly several months. The temporary accommodation has a Virgin broadband service. The issue is that I wish to continue to use existing btconnect emails while in temporary accommodation, before moving to a new location in England and starting a new BT broadband service. Is this possible, and how might it be achieved? Would be grateful for any guidance.

Hi belfastbrew,

as long as you keep a billable product on your account susch as a hostinh pack, seciruty pack this will keep the @btconnect.com email address active while you find alternbative accomodation, also to use the @btconnect.com email address you do not need to be uising a BT connection it will work using a different suppliers conenction as long as you keep the account active.
