Some of the Folder titles were some made up with numerals which had appeared when retrieving Emails the last time they all disappeared. I opened some to ensure that I filed away any Emails within that folder and then deleted the file title. I must have deleted a folder that I had not checked because all of the Emails decided to disappear.
