Transfer e-mail address from BT Business to BT Personnel

I previously had a BT Business Broadband account paid by my employer which is now terminated, part of this account I had several e-mail addresses setup one of which is still active. I wish to transfer this e-mail address to an existing BT Personal Broadband account, could you advise on the process to do so?

Hi willkyn,

I am sorry business email accounts are not able to be transfered to a home account, as business accounts use different servers. What you can do is get the current account moved to your name/details and put a business product on the account (a webhosting pack) which will keep the account active in your name for you to keep using the accounts.
