&lt;P&gt;Incoming server:&lt;BR /&gt;outlook.office365.com&lt;BR /&gt;port :995&lt;BR /&gt;Encryption method: SSL&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;outgoing server:&lt;BR /&gt;smtp.office365.com&lt;BR /&gt;Port: 587&lt;BR /&gt;Encryption method: TLS or STARTTLS (depenidng on device)&lt;BR /&gt;enable outgoing authentication to use the same details to login to incoming mail.&lt;/P&gt;
