    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to install Office 365/2016 and the new outlook. &amp;nbsp;I was on Outlook 2010 and was using my own e-mail domain and my hosts' incoming mail server and smtp.btconnect.com as my smtp server but I can't seem to send mail on the new install. &amp;nbsp;I don't know if the BT site is having issues but a lot of links from google seem to be down and the one page relating to Office 365 does is not for my situation I think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any other settings I need for smtp?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I didn't realise there were issues with BT yesterday until I logged on to online chat and I was number 161.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Spoke to BT today after a lengthy wait and got the correct details. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Outgoing mail server was smtp.btconnect.com&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Outgoing server smtp authentication required unchecked&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;outgoing smtp port 25&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
