    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have moved our telephone services away from BT, however, we do still have a service from BT, namely BT website solutions. We would like to know if this counts as a billable service in order for us to retain our email account which ends @btinternet.com?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am not able to advise for your @btinternet.com email address, as this is a home/residential email address. I believe you can keep it active but you need to contact the premium mail team and that there is a charged for them to keep it active for you.&lt;/P&gt;
