keeping @btinternet.com after cancelling telephone contract

We have moved our telephone services away from BT, however, we do still have a service from BT, namely BT website solutions. We would like to know if this counts as a billable service in order for us to retain our email account which ends @btinternet.com?

Hi Farburn21,

I am not able to advise for your @btinternet.com email address, as this is a home/residential email address. I believe you can keep it active but you need to contact the premium mail team and that there is a charged for them to keep it active for you.

cannot log on to my emails I need to at least copy some of them to another file rather than loose them can you PLEASE HELP .
