Hi

We have had business email with BT for 17 years.

Our main business email is showing in Office365 on the web as Mailbox full since monday (six days ago) despite every single folder being competely empty.

We connect to the mail using Outlook 2016 via POP and this is set to delete emails from the server immediately.

This is having a serious impact upon our business as customers cannot contact us.

I contacted BT support on monday and and have chased them up repeatedly, which takes hours and hours, and apart from them telling me on wednesday that they have contacted Microsoft, they appear to have done nothing.

I am sick to death of being told by BT support people that I would be contacted with an update, and this failingto happen. I no longer believe a word they say to me. There is somethign profoundly wrong with BT.

This is not how you want to feel about those who support a business critical system

Jonathan
