Hi Andy,

Thanks for the great ideas - I tried it a little and the general principle works! It's getting me somewhere. Some further questions:

# how do I use speed dial when the LCR is on? I can't find any instructions on that in the user manual.

# must I always have at least one output code for the LCR? Can I just leave it blank? It would save me doing a separate output code for numbers beginning with 0, 2,3,4,etc.

# I have one extension already set up to class 4 with system speed dial override so I was testing using that. With LCR on, I could not dial out using speed dial (hence my question above) or even by dialling all the digits manually) so I'm presuming that if it is set to class 1+6 the same issue would occur. This would mean that using LCR for 'barring' would also bar all speed dials. Is this correct?

A slightly different question (should I post this separately?) is this:

I bought this system directly from BT with 2 years of maintenance, but it has now lapsed. I have the BT Versatility Wizard installed on my laptop but lost the install disk or install programme. Who do I contact in BT to get another copy?

Thanks.

-terry
