Hi Susie.

You can find the user guide for Office Communicator at the following link. If you cant find the answer to your query here please post again.

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Dave

Hi Dave,

I did read through the user guide but didn't find anything on call transfer. On a normal phone I'd press the recall button and then dial the other number. With no obvious recall button on the office communicator I wondered if there was another way to achieve the same thing or if it wasn't possible.

Thanks, Susie

Hi Susie,

Call Transfer is currently only available via the BT Falcon telephone for BT Hosted VoIP customers. The full BT Office Communicator manual is available here. I think the link mentioned above is wrong.
