I cannot call a local company who has a voip line using my BT landline, every body else who is calling them from miles away can get

through, i am just down the road and cannot get through to them.

I have tried with the std code and without but it makes no difference.

The message i get back is unallocated number ?

My guess is that the problem is not with your landline but with the company you are trying to reach. Usually a unallocated number error is generated by the device with IP address.
