    <description>&lt;P&gt;GS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered just to be able to say Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent 2 weeks on the phone to BT last month without them even being able to replicate this issue, let alone fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ended up re-installing to fix it on a number of machines, but at least I know I don't have to do that to fix it again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LGM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For anyone having issues with BTOC and being unable to login, here is the solution:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An update needs to be downloaded for windows, this applies to all versions and updates the root certificate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931125"&gt;http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931125&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;gs&lt;/P&gt;</description>
