I have an office with a broadband conenction with just 2 staff. The broadband is currently not with BT.

One of them make a lot of calls to landlines and mobiles. The other makes few calls.

Both can also work from home.

I also have a 3rd person who works from home on a laptop. He already has BT Home broadband.

All 3 need to be able to talk to each other and to xfer calls between each other.

What would be the prefered voice/voip solution for this set up?

Many thanks.

BT Hosted VoIP would work, could get 3 Falcon phones which do all the VoIP stuff for you and are pre-configured each, they can xfer between them as well using internal short codes and you can plug them anywhere there is a connection available.

If you didnt want to spend cash on Falcons you can just use the BTOC so you can talk over the PC's, not as flexible but its free.

Call the VoIP guys on 0800 169 1146 and have a chat 🙂
