I understand that the Falcon IP phone is pre-configured with the Business Broadband VOIP service.

Is it possible to re-configure the Falcon to logon to a domestic Broadband Talk account instead ?

It would be possible, but you would require the admin login details for the phone, which BT will not provide.

You go to the phones IP address + /admin.html and login. (ie http://192.168.1.3/admin.html)

You remove all the SIP settings, you then enter all of the residential SIP settings.

Also, I highly highly doubt that BT Res will provide you with the details.

It is possible, but quite a challenge.

gs
