Is BT Hosted VoIP TAPI Compliant so that we can integrate it with CRM solution?

Where can I get the TAPI driver for BT Hosted VoIP?

I've figured out a way to make the Falcon phone click to dial with Outlook and Salesforce and probably others, needs some work to deal with incoming calls if anyone can help!

Could you post how you've done that so others can see (or is that info in any other post currently)?
