    <description>&lt;P&gt;Where has the 'Manage Your Lines' function gone from the selfcare website? Is this functionality&amp;nbsp;available&amp;nbsp;elsewhere, if so where?&amp;nbsp;I want to change all our&amp;nbsp;VoIP&amp;nbsp;phones so they show the same geographical number in caller ID when they call out, rather than their individual lines. Is this possible and if so where do I now do this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I have noticed in the&amp;nbsp;Phone Settings website we now have 'Music On Hold' and 'Auto-Attendant' but they have not been&amp;nbsp;set-up,&amp;nbsp;where can we sort this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally,&amp;nbsp;since&amp;nbsp;setting up our VoIP&amp;nbsp;system&amp;nbsp;we have had a few network problems, such as phones and computer loosing their connection and the internet running&amp;nbsp;sporadically&amp;nbsp;very slowly. Do we need a network server to be set up rather than using the hub to resolve addresses, or do we have a broadband problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Wash_Design&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The option should still be there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you PM you bbv number and I can check your account to make sure no issues and advise further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 'Music On Hold' and 'Auto-Attendant' are not&amp;nbsp;available as of yet but will be launched in a 3-6 Months&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can test your broadband when you send me a private message with your broadband or broadband voice number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While I have your attention can you help me with another problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have recently rebooted our hub and since then one of our BT Falcon phones will not reconnect and comes up with the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provision Error!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server Unreachable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still Using V2.67&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All our other phones are working fine, I have tried restating it and the hub but nothing changes. If I connect to our hub I can see it on the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A forum moderator has directed me to this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_self" href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9738/c/426,2348,1094,1100" rel="nofollow"&gt;help guide&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, but the Hub Manager software I have is different so from&amp;nbsp;point&amp;nbsp;3 it makes no sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Wash_Design, The reason you have that error is because the phone has been factory reset and needs to be reconfigured with your bbv details, we have done this via the phone. Regards SC</description>
