Can anyone help me find an idiot's guide to setting up VoiP telephony on a Nortel BCM400 (sold to me by BT)?

I can find basic how-to's for every function of the BCM but this.

Sorry I cant advise as I have not setup or used the Nortel BCM system but I have have thier support number which is below, they should be able to advise how to setup.
