Hello, I have started using BBV of late for making calls.

I have noticed a very weird behaviour of this software that I am hoping that I will get a solution to.

When I install the software for the first time, it works and makes calls like a charm.

Problem is when I click "Exit" from the File menu. The software wont let me login again and instead give the message "service is temporarily unavailable". I know the issue is with my laptop as the BTOC client works the first time.

But I want to find out why it is not working the second time.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium (Ver 6.1, Build 7600).

Any help will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks.

PS. I saw one more thread in this forum relating to the same error message but later found out that the prescribed solution applies to Windows XP only. Nonetheless, I have used that solution on my Win 7 as well. But nothing helped.
