Hi,

I would like to cancel my VOIP phone for no other reason than I do not use it anymore. Is the VOIP contract work alongside the landline contract, or can I cancel VOIP anytime and keep the landline?

Hi,

To cancel any BT business product you need to contact our customer options team, if you go to contact options

and click on closing account will give you their contact options
