Log in rejected

I have successfully set up my BT Communicator on my desktop computer which is running Windows XP Professional however when I did the same set up on my laptop successfully, it will not accept my log in. The only difference is that my laptop is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Does anyone have any idea what the cause of this problem is?

Sorry to hear you are having issues logging into BTOC, there is no knowing issues logging into BTOC via win7, if you are still having issues please send me a private message with your contact name and number and also your voip number and ill have a look.
