How about a work around? Like maybe add an option for the easy attendant recording to add a ringing sound at the beginning floowed by the voice recording. That's what we did on a separate service similar to this.

Is it possible to have the telephone to ring before the easy attendant answers - because it answers immediately at present and I am sure that most callers expext a short dealy whilst the phone rings before being answered.

Chris

Hi Chris

unfortunately this is not possible, only way this might work as required would be for a line to be called that is not in the easy attendant group and then have this number diverted into the EA Group that way a phone would ring before the divert kicked to the ea line activating your options.

If you would like to discus this further please send me a private message with your contact details.

Hope this Helps

Regards

Sean
